A few weeks ago Dave was repairing our fridge. He got Griffin up and let me sleep in a bit. (Thanks Dave!)
I walked into the kitchen to see a miniature repair man sitting on our dining table.
And I believe I heard this on the same day from Dave changing Griffin in the nursery:
"We're men, that means that we take risks."
Then Dave sprints out of and then back to the nursery. Does it make me nervous that Griffin is allowed to play with sharp, dangerous tools, or that his dad is running up and down the hall while changing his diaper? No, not in the least. I hope this kid grows up to be just like his dad, his dad who takes risks.
